What we collect
- Account: email, name, phone (optional).
- Address & coordinates: used only to enforce the 5-mile radius; your exact address is never shown publicly.
- ID verification: handled by Stripe Identity. We store only the verification status, not the ID document itself.
- Payment info: handled by Stripe. We never store your full card number.
- Listings & messages: the content you post and send within the platform.
How we use it
To operate the marketplace: matching neighbors, processing bookings and payments, preventing fraud, and communicating with you about your account.
Sharing
We share necessary data with Stripe (payments and identity) and Supabase (hosting). We don't sell personal information.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@neighbourhub.app.
Retention
We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax and legal purposes.
